Welcome to Around the World in 2015. You’re reading this either because you know us and want to follow our travels, or because you’re thinking of going travelling yourself.

In case you don’t know us, I’m Ameesha. Me and my husband (still sounds weird calling him that) Nick (known as Pebble or Peb to most) got married in May and decided to have a year-long “honeymoon” of sorts travelling the world. After 9 months of solid saving and selling things we didn’t need, we both quit the jobs we love to follow our wanderlust.

We’ll be away for approx. 11 months and our route is Australia > New Zealand > Fiji > Vanuatu > Japan > Canada > USA > Mexico > USA > Iceland > Home (U.K.).

  1. Hi Ameesha,

I enjoyed your blog. The reason I am writing to you is that I translated from Spanish a dictionary of neologisms (coined from my novels), which I titled Lexinary. Please visit my website http://www.comoseteocurrio.com for more details. Because my books are virtually unknown and do not generate income, I am now doing all publishing efforts by myself.
I would like someone with your experience to proofread my Lexinary translation. The book has approximately 70,000 words and I think the editing will not be difficult.

Please let me know if you are interested.

    With kind regards,
